Kidss Classes
Free for the month of December
At the end of a busy school week, your Little Animals deserve a space to move, laugh, and just be themselves. Our Friday Fun Movement Classes offer exactly that – a welcoming, energetic environment where children aged 4 to 9 can decompress through playful movement, creative games, and learning new skills.
Led by caring instructors who know how to connect with kids, each session blends fun with mindfulness, helping children build confidence, coordination, and character. Whether they’re dancing, stretching, or acting like animals, every child is encouraged to express themselves and feel part of something special.
We’re proud to be a local gym rooted in the Largs community, and these classes are our way of giving back – creating a space where kids feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

A few words from Head Coach ‘ThatBodyMechanic’
“Too many techniques are deadly in self defence….. to you.
Consider the fact that, in an instant, you will have to compute a massive amount of information to form a suitable response.
So, jamming your system with a different technique for every situation slows the process massively.
That’s why it should be based simply on principals of mind and movement.
By someone who has trained, and that understands both in a real life situation.
It is true Martial Arts. In my humble opinion.”
